Please Touch Museum welcomed more than 5,700 visitors for a free Community Weekend presented by Temple University on June 20 and 21, 2026.

Over two days, families from across the region filled the Museum for hands-on play, exploration, and connection. Guests explored exhibits, created together, sparked curiosity through imaginative play, and enjoyed a full day of playful learning underwritten by Temple University.

The weekend also included special Temple University-themed moments throughout the Museum, including cape giveaways and photo-prop opportunities that added to the celebratory atmosphere. For many families, the free weekend offered a meaningful opportunity to experience the Museum together, whether they were visiting for the first time or returning to a favorite place for play.
