Please Touch Museum welcomes four new members to its Board of Trustees.
Monica Harmon
Clinical Assistant Professor and Executive Director of CNHP Community Wellness Hub, Drexel University

Monica Harmon, MSN, MPH, RN, is a public health nurse, educator, and researcher. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor in Drexel University’s College of Nursing and Health Professions (CNHP), and serves as Executive Director of the CNHP Community Wellness HUB at the Dornsife Center. Harmon’s professional practice, research, and teaching have focused on how the determinants of health impact marginalized and minoritized communities.
Harmon’s professional awards include being named one of 25 Outstanding Alumni of the Drexel University Dornsife School of Public Health; 2022 Al Día Top Nurse for Research and Education; and 2016’s Powerful Voice Award from Women’s Way.
She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Pennsylvania Action Coalition’s Nurse Diversity Council; a Nurse Consultant in the National Nurse-Led Care Consortium’s Vaccine Confidence Project; and is the current Chapter President of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Area Black Nurses Association.
Amy Lim
Senior Vice President, PA/DE Market Leader, Bank of America Private Bank

Amy Lim is a Senior Vice President and Market Leader for Bank of America Private Bank in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. Amy joined the organization in 2015 and has held successive leadership positions in the Consumer Investments organization, most recently as a member of the National Performance Team.
Lim graduated magna cum laude from Temple University, obtaining a B.B.A with a concentration in legal studies. She is a current sponsor for Private Bank’s Women Empowerment Network, recently served on the council of the National Women’s Forum, and is a member of Private Bank’s Asian Executive Leadership Council and the Delaware Chapter of Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership and Advancement.
She volunteers her time extensively at Philabundance, Food Bank of DE, and organizations that benefit children in underserved communities, such as Cradles to Crayon, Boys and Girls Club, and Junior Achievement.
Carrie Nelson-Robinson
Associate Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Peirce College

Carrie Nelson–Robinson is the Associate Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Peirce College. She is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing the College’s diversity and inclusion strategy and managing the HR team.
Nelson-Robinson has had an extensive career in the nonprofit space. Prior to her work at Peirce, she was the Vice President of Human Resources at Spectrum Health Services, where she led the HR team and served as Interim President and CEO. Her experience expands from helping organizations that support some of the most vulnerable citizens in Philadelphia to the restaurant, tech, and services industry.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Temple University, Masters of Science in human resources management from Villanova University, and is certified in DE&I from Cornell University.
Virginia Susini
Senior Vice President, PNC Private Bank

Ginny Susini is a senior vice president and a senior banking advisor at PNC Private Bank. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in financial management and real estate from Clemson University, and has had a 20-year career in wealth management, primarily at PNC.
Susini currently sits on the Board of Directors for FringeArts in Philadelphia, and is a fellow with LEADERSHIP Philadelphia, a non-profit organization that mobilizes and connects the talent of the private sector to serve the community. She has previously served as Chair of the Board for the Young Professionals Council of The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia.
