Please Touch Museum welcomes three new members to its Board of Trustees.
We are grateful to the following three leaders who have joined our Board of Trustees, which provides counsel to Please Touch Museum executive team and staff.
Samantha Funk, Managing Director, PNC Public Finance
Samantha Funk is a Managing Director within PNC’s Public Finance Group. Ms. Funk focuses on the origination of municipal securities, serving as the lead investment banking representative for various large governments and their component units. Her financing experience includes over $20 billion in total issuance for state and local government issuers, transportation, general government, water and sewer, municipal authorities, school districts and higher education transactions. She is involved in all aspects of municipal bond financings including business origination, financial modeling, rating analysis, legal documentation review, due diligence process, marketing, pricing and closing.
Edgar A. Miranda, Market President, Cigna Corporation
Edgar Miranda is the Market President for Cigna’s health care and related benefits plans in its Liberty Valley market, which includes the states of Delaware, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Cigna provides solutions for over 650,000 people in these states, with an industry leading product portfolio supporting the health, well-being and sense of security of all of its customers. Edgar assumed the role of Market President in June of 2018 and has issued the challenge of double digit growth over the next 3 years to all of the associates of Liberty Valley.
Timothy Vecchiarellli, Audit Partner, Deloitte & Touche LLP
Tim has over 20 years of experience providing auditing, accounting and advisory services to a broad array of public and private financial institutions. His experience includes serving financial institutions within retail and commercial banking, real estate, and property/casualty and health care insurance sectors. Tim has advised clients in initial public offerings, public and private debt issuances, merger & acquisition activities, and process and control issues. In addition, he has in-depth audit experiences across a variety of complex topics including hard to value investment portfolios, insurance contracts, business combinations, consolidations, commercial and residential lending and the related allowance measurement.
