- Learning about games that children in 1866 might have played by exploring games from the 1800s.
- Learning classic songs like This Land Is Your Land and Lift Every Voice, as well as some newer Juneteenth songs made just for kids, in this sing-a-long style drop-in activity!
- Celebrating influential Black musicians while building your own instrument to take home in our Makerspace Studio.
- Working with community muralist and illustrator Andre Chaney as we explore ideas of liberation and freedom in celebration of Juneteenth. Create your own stamps in response to the prompt, “What does freedom look like to you?” Then use your stamp to add your unique mark to a large, collaborative mural.
