Learn through play at home: Election Edition

Every Election Day, Please Touch Museum offers children the opportunity to vote for their favorite toy in our voting booth. We had to change it up this year.

Through midnight on November 3, 2020, children voted online for the activity they most wanted to see our Mascot Squiggles do in the Museum. The activity receiving the most votes was featured in a video and shared on social media following our election. Election-Themed Reading List

It’s important for children to learn about the American electoral process and government at an early age. That’s why we collaborated with our friends at Penguin Young Readers to provide this recommended reading list.
