By submitting your memories, photographs, videos, written reflections, audio recordings, or other materials (“Content”) to Please Touch Museum as part of our 50th birthday year of celebration, you confirm that you have the legal right to share the Content with us.

You retain ownership of any Content you upload. By submitting it, you give Please Touch Museum a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, preserve, archive, display, publish, share, and adapt and/or make reasonable edits to your Content as needed for length, formatting, editing, accessibility, or other purposes related to its presentation and preservation.

Please Touch Museum may use and/or preserve your Content in connection with its 50th birthday year of celebration and its educational, cultural, historical, archival, research, exhibition, publication, website, social media, and other mission-related activities.

You are responsible for ensuring that your submission does not infringe the copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person. If your submission includes material created by someone else or identifiable images, voices, or personal information about other people, please make sure you have any necessary permissions before submitting it. Additionally, by submitting Content that includes your own image, voice, likeness, or personal story, you consent to Please Touch Museum’s use of those elements as described above.

By submitting your Content, you understand that Please Touch Museum may choose whether and how to use or share it and is not obligated to publish or display every submission. Please Touch Museum may use your first name, last name, and other information you provide in connection with your submission unless you request that your contribution remain anonymous.
