Pop Up Holiday January 6th: Winter Feast
Calling chefs, young and old, for a buffet of special programming.  Families can sizzle, sauté, and stir with food based art, literacy, and STEM activities. Through a partnership with Vetri’s Mobile Teaching Kitchen, chefs young and old will learn how to how to cook fresh produce.

The Mobile Teaching Kitchen brings the culinary classroom to the curbside in the communities we serve. Children and families have the opportunity to get hands-on preparing a recipe and get instruction for cooking healthy meals at home together.

Author Workshop: Superheroes Among Us

Get ready to get super! This workshop is designed to teach students the basics of character design using illustration, visual art, and storytelling techniques. Students work together to create super heroes based on interviews with each other as they learn about the power of empathy and how we all have something that makes us “super”. And it’s a lot of fun too!
