Directions

FROM THE EAST (NEW JERSEY): Cross the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. Get on Rt. 676 West (the two center lanes). Go straight until you come to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway exit. At the first light make a right. Come down one block to the next light (21^st St.) and make another right. Come down two blocks to PTM.
FROM THE EAST (SOUTH JERSEY): Cross the Walt Whitman Bridge to 76 West. Follow the signs for Central Philadelphia. Take the 676 East Exit - Exit 344. From 676 East, take the first exit immediately on your right - the Benjamin Franklin Parkway/ 23^rd Street Exit. Go straight on the ramp to the second light (21^st St.) and make a right. Come down two blocks to PTM.
FROM THE WEST (MAIN LINE, CHESTNUT HILL): Take Rt. 76 east to 676 East. Take the first exit immediately on your right - the Benjamin Franklin Parkway/ 23^rd Street Exit. Go straight on the ramp to the second light (21^st St.) and make a right. Come down two blocks to PTM.
FROM THE NORTH (NE PHILA., BUCKS CO.): Take I-95 south. Get off at the Center City and Rt. 676 West exit. Bear left. Take 676 West to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway exit. At the first light make a right (Benjamin Franklin Parkway). Go one block and make another right (21^st St.) Come down two blocks to PTM.
FROM THE SOUTH (DELAWARE, PHILA. INT’L. AIRPORT, SWARTHMORE): Take I-95 north. Get off at the Center City and Rt.676 West exit. Take 676 West around to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway exit. At the first light make a right (Benjamin Franklin Parkway). Go one block and make another right (21^st St.). Come down two blocks to PTM. PTM is on your right.
FROM THE NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE (NORTH JERSEY, NEW YORK): Take the NJ Turnpike south to Exit 4. Follow signs for Rt 73 North Camden/Philadelphia (through 2 traffic lights). Take the Rt 38 West exit. From Rt 38 take Rt 30 West Philadelphia/Ben Franklin Bridge. Cross the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. Get on Rt. 676 West (The two center lanes). Go straight until you come to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway exit. At the first light make a right. Come down one block to the next light (21^st St.) and make another right. Come down two blocks to PTM.
FROM THE PA TURNPIKE: Take exit 24 for Valley Forge to Rt. 76 East. Take the Center City 676 East Exit. Take the first exit immediately on your right, the Benjamin Franklin Parkway/ 23^rd St. Exit. Go straight on the ramp to the second light (21^st St.) and make a right. Come down two blocks to PTM.

Parking

There are a variety of parking lots within walking distance of the museum as well as on street metered parking. Metered spots are $0.25 per 15 minutes.

Public Transportation

SEPTA BUS ROUTES: Routes 7, 33, 38, and 48 all stop within one block of the museum.
SEPTA REGIONAL RAIL LINES: SEPTA’s Regional Rail lines will bring you into Suburban Station (16^th & JFK). Exit onto 16^th Street and walk one block north to Arch Street. Make a left on Arch Street and walk to 21^st Street. Turn right onto 21^st Street and come down 2 blocks to PTM.
PATCO HIGH SPEED LINE: Take the train to 8^th and Market Streets. Connect to the El Train. Take the El to 15^th Street. Follow signs for the Subway Surface Cars. Take any car to 22^nd Street. Walk two blocks north to Race Streets then one block east to 21^st Street and PTM.
AMTRAK TRAIN: Take a train to 30^th Street Station. Exit at Market Street to catch a Taxi to PTM.
