In Roadside Attractions, children decide which destinations and marvels they want to discover and explore. Visitors can set up road signs, collect tolls and discover roadside adventures in unexpected places! Repair your car and fill its tank in Jump Start Garage, then create a fantasy vehicle in Dream Car Body Shop. As in our current location, visitors can jump into the driver’s seat of the SEPTA Bus or take a trip into the future on the John Wanamaker Rocket Express monorail. Need a break? Take a rest and read a book in our City Park – an urban retreat complete with an authentic Philadelphia food vendor’s cart. Roadside Attractions takes the familiar theme of transportation and integrates it into the experiences of engineering, designing, role playing and more.
