Family Programming
Community Partners
Piloted in 1990, this program is the foundation for all of our community programs. The goal of the program is to reach under-served, non-traditional museum audiences and put our messages of learning through play into practice. The program includes interactive parent-child play sessions designed for families served by local social service agencies. Free museum memberships are given to families completing the program.

Family Court Visitation Program
During supervised visitation at Philadelphia Family Court, PTM provides creative arts and museum-based experiences for non-custodial parents and their children. Please Touch transformed an uncomfortable and bleak courtroom waiting area into an inviting program and activity center where PTM staff and art therapists engage family members in creative arts activities that promote positive parent/child interactions.
